Our virtual workshops are designed to teach you all the essential skills that are utilised within the craft of Italian food. From the kneading of a perfect dough through to the delicate folding of a stuffed ravioli. Francesco will guide you step-by-step over the techniques used to create authentic dishes whilst giving you some family tales and cultural history along the way.

How does it work?

Choose from one of our available pasta workshops on our booking page here, these typically last 2-3 hours depending on which course you choose.  We’ll then send a kit to your house which contains all the essential ingredients to make the dish, the recipe so you can make it yourself in the future and a one-click link via email for you to join the live zoom workshop on the day - meaning there’s no super technical stuff on your end.  Finally, just like in a traditional Italian kitchen there’s no need for big pasta machines., a fork, knife and a few other basic kitchen items will do - oh and the box we send you of course.  

Classess can be booked until 7pm the Tuesday before the class occurs in order to allow us time to send you your kit.
