Our virtual workshops are designed to teach you all the essential skills that are utilised within the craft of Italian food. From the kneading of a perfect dough through to the delicate folding of a stuffed ravioli. Francesco will guide you step-by-step over the techniques used to create authentic dishes whilst giving you some family tales and cultural history along the way.

How does it work?

Choose from one of our available pasta workshops on our booking page here, these typically last 2-3 hours depending on which course you choose.
The class booking includes a list of ingredients and a Zoom invitation.
Just like in a traditional Italian kitchen there’s no need for big pasta machine. A fork, knife and a rolling pin is what you will need during the class. At the end of the class, you’ll be able to enjoy your very own creations and hopefully you will have learned the art of PASTA.
